49 REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, JUNE 9, 1975 Present: Mayor Emmie Craddock I Councilmen Frank T. Arredondo Ted Breihan Bill Dibrell Luciano H. Friedrich Also present: Charles Lummus; Joe Parks; Henry C. Kyle; Frances Emery; Frank Pennington; Mrs. H.M. Thompson; Alicia Perez; Augustin Lucio, Jr.; Gene Phillips; Ruth Thomas; Mrs. Frank Arredondo; Mrs. Luciano Flores; Melissa Millecam; Terry Roberts; Jim Cunningham; Jerri Martin; and others. The Mayor called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. The "Bicentennial Belles", under the sponsorship of the San Marcos Bicentennial Commission, presented a brief flag ceremony ass reminder of Flag Day June 14, 1975. I The Minutes of the Regular Meeting held May 19, 1975, were approved on motion of Mr. Hansen and second of Mr. Arredondo. The Minutes of the Recessed Regular Meeting held May 21, 1975, were approved on motion of Mr. Hansen and second of Mr. Flores. The Minutes of the Special Meeting held May 21, 1975, were approved on motion of Mr. Arredondo and second of Mr. Breihan, with Mr. Sutton voting "Nay". The Minutes of the Special Meeting held May 30, 1975, were approved on motion of Mr. Arredondo and second of Mr. Dibrell, with Mr. Hansen abstaining and Mr. Sutton voting "Nay". The Minutes of the Special Meeting held June 2, 1975, were approved on motion of Mr. Dibrell and second of Mr. Flores, with Mr. Sutton voting "Nay". The Mayor introduced a request for the renewal of a temporary mobile home permit fo"r~a,omobile home located at 153 Sherwood St, Lot 22 of the Feltner Addition. The applicant is Sipriano Guzman. Mr. Dibrell moved approval of the request. Mr. Flores seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. The Mayor introduced a request for the renewal of a temporary mobile home permit for a mobile home located on part of Lots 3 and 4, Block 1 of the Belvin Addition, 727 Belvin Street. The applicant, Mrs. H.M. Thompson, was present. Mr. Dibrell moved approval of the request. Mr, Flores seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. I The Mayor introduced a request for a temporary mobile home permit for a mobile home to be located on Farm Lot 11, 913 Porter Street. The applicant is Mr. Ralph Merriweather. Mr. Hansen moved approval of the request, Mr. Dibrell seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.
