Arredondo <br />Ted Breihan <br />Luciano H. Flores <br />John Hansen <br />Kenneth E. Stouffer; Norman Yarbrough; Miss Virginia Hightower; <br />Dr. Jean Smith; Shirley Wickersham; Frank Contrerras; Terry Lighthouse; <br />Ken Krause; Bob Derrick; Jim Byrn; James Broussard; Jerri Martin; <br />Melissa Millecam; Rowe Ray; Paul Alexander; Terry Roberts; Albert <br />Sierra; and others. <br /> <br />The Mayor called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Mayor Craddock issued a proclamation naming Dental Health Week. <br /> <br />Mr. Sutton moved to approve the Minutes of the Regular Meeting held January 12, <br />1976. Mr. Hansen seconded the motion. Mr. Breihan requested the Minutes be <br />corrected to reflect his vote against the motion to approve an Ordinance authorizing <br />the sale of Urban Renewal Parcel No. 10-1 to Rodney Baughn. The motion to approve <br />the Minutes, as corrected, was unanimously approved',r <br /> <br />I <br />II <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Mr. Arredondo moved approval of the Minutes of a Special Meeting held January 19, <br />1976. Mr. Breihan seconded the motion, which passed with five votes in favor and <br />Mr. Hansen in abstention due to his ansence at that meeting. <br /> <br />Mr. Arredondo moved to appoint Dr. Willard B. Stouffer to fill an unexpired term <br />on the Planning and Zoning Commission. Mr. Hansen seconded the motion, which <br />passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Mr. Hansen moved to appoint Mr. Norman Yarbrough to a full term on the Belvin <br />Street Histori.cal Di.strict Board of Review. Mr. Arredondo seconded the motion, <br />which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Mr. Sutton moved to confirm the appointment of the following persons <br />Senior Citizens Advisory Board: Frances Emery, Sherry Taack, Amelia <br />Mary Castameda, A.A. Grusendorf, Joe G. Rodriguez and Thomas Yoakum. <br />seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />to the <br />Cruz, <br />Mr. Hansen <br /> <br />~!iss Virginia Hightower presented the annual report of the Bicentennial Commission <br />and outlined the activities scheduled for the 1976 celebration of the Bicentennial. <br /> <br />Mr. Hansen moved approval of a request for a temporary permit to locate a mobile <br />home on Lot 4, Block 7 of the C.D. Wallace Addition, 208 Laredo Street. The <br />applicant was the Reverend Samuel Montoya reRresenting the Pentecostal Local Church. <br />Mr. Arredondo seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Councilman Sutton <br />stated his concern that the Council was possibly granting too many mobile home <br />permits. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Mr. Arredondo moved approval of the renewal of a permit to locate a mobile home <br />on Lots 10 and 11, Block 5 of the C.D. Wallace Addition, 220 Tampico Street, as <br />requested by Mr. Raymond Lozano. Mr. Hansen seconded the motion, which passed <br />unanimously. <br />
