M., the Govunlng Body of the City of San MircDS, Texas, met in an adjourned session at the City Hall of San Marcos, Texas, with the following mem- bers present and participating, I Mayor C. M. Allen Alderman S. R. Beecroft Alderman W. M. Davis Alderman B. D. Hillburn Alderman Herman Korff Alderman H. W. Steakley Also present were, B. R. Fuller, City Manager Carlyn latch, City Secretary M. L. Girard A quorum being present the meeting wu called to order by the Mayor and the following transpired, lhe Mayor stated that the purpose of the Meting was to witness the bid opening of "Excavating and Grading Machine" set for this date at the hour of 2,00 o'clock. Gradall M-2460 30-45 Dilys $32,945.00 Houston, Texas *Not Meeting Specifications The final tabulation of bids showed the apparent low bidder to be Girard Machinery COllIpany, San Antonio, Texas. The bids were referred to the City Manager for inspection and evaluation to determine that the apparent low bid met specifications in all respects with the final award to be .ade upon presentatlon of his report.
