Veramendi League. This was paid on
January 15, 1959 and a refund in the amount of $25.00 is due.
Alderman Hillburn moved that the refund be approved, which
was seconded by Alderman Korff and carried.

Mr. R. L. Hyatt who leases the grazing land at the Sewage
Disposal Plant reported to the City Manager that he feels he
was adversely effected because of interruption in the use of
the land during construction of force main and has requested a
20% reduction in the yearly rent. (From $125.00 to $100.00).
This lease will be subject to removal on December 31, 1960.
Alderman Hillburn made the motion that the reduction of $25.00
be allowed for the year 1960 and that ~~.
