<br />SPECIAL MEETING HElD ON APRIL 5. 1961 <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />On the 5th day of April, 1961 at 10:30 o'clook in the <br />morning, the Governing Body of the City of San Marcos met in Special <br />Session in the City Hall, Mayor C. Younger, Jr. <br /> <br />Guest: Tom Buckner, RECORD <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order by the Mayor who explained <br />that the purpose of the meeting was to canvass the returns of the <br />regular city election held on the 4th day of April, 1961. <br /> <br />A thorough investigation of the returns disclosed that <br />J. E. Younger, Jr. and Ruben Ruiz had received the highest number of <br />votes for aldermen, and C. M.
