Ross Arnold requested the council approve the sale of
crepe myrtle plants which had been picked by her garden club to be
planted on 8 citywide basis. She told the Council one of the local
florist had agreed to sell the shrubs at his cost. She asked that the
sale be held on the street at the Square.
