<br />The Mayor cal led the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.
<br />
<br />Counci ImanDamon moved approval of the Minutes of M~rch II and
<br />March 15, 1968 ,as presented. Councilman Pool seconded the motion
<br />and on rol I cal I, the fol lowing vote was recorded:

<br />The Secretary read the Minutes of a special meetirig, March 21.
<br />Mr. Demon moved adoption of the Minutes of March 21. Dr. Pool
<br />seconded the motion. Mr, Whittenberg said he felt the Minutes
<br />should encompass more of the discussion and the opi'nions expressed
<br />at the March 21 meeting. The City Secretary explained the diffi-
<br />c~lty of makin~ a decision on ho~ much opini~n and discussion
<br />should be included in Minutes, and she had decided to record only
<br />the Counci I 's action in the March 21 Minutes. Mrs. Worrell said
<br />she wou I d be 9 I ad to rewr i tethe' March 21 Mi nutes for cons i derat i on
<br />at a later meeting. The question being cal led for, the fol lowing
<br />vote was recorded:
