He stated <br />he serves as one of many Elders in the Dunbar community. He encouraged <br />the Council to consider allowing the development of the Dunbar community <br />by allowing the Boys and Girls Club of San Marcos to use the Center. 2) <br />Mark Terry, Chief Officer for the Boys and Girls Club of San Marcos, <br />stated he wished to speak regarding the Dunbar Center. He stated the Boys <br />and Girls Club of San Marcos consists of 45 staff members and over 500 <br /> <br />* Ms. Narvaiz and Mr. Montoya were not present. <br />
