She <br />stated she supports the Budget Policy and especially the greenspace. She <br />also encouraged the Council to think about not waiving water and <br />wastewater fees, because of the impact it has on the rest of the <br />consumers' utility bills. She also provided the Council with a handout <br />regarding percent of precipitation converted to stormflow and baseflow <br />versus impervious cover. 2) Tom Clendennen stated he wished to speak on <br />Item 34, a discussion regarding Dunbar Center. He stated he opposes this <br />request and feels it would set a precedent for turning over parkland. 3) <br />Craig Corbin stated he wished to speak on Item #34, a discussion regarding <br />
