Mayor Habingreither called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. Mayor Habingreither lead the Pledge of Allegiance. Mayor Habingreither introduced canvassing the returns of the General and Special Election held on May 15, 2004. The Council reviewed the returns. Mayor Habingreither introduced for consideration adoption of an Ordinance on emergency, the caption which was read as follows: * Outgoing Mayor-Robert Habingreither and Council Member Jacob Montoya. * Incoming Mayor-Susan Narvaiz and Council Members Ed Mihalkanin, Daniel Guerrero and Gaylord Bose.
