<br />16 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1975-19 <br />FOLWI-J-UP ORDER <br /> <br /> STATE OF TEXAS ~ <br />I COUNTY OF H.4.YS <br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS ~ <br /> <br />On this the 21st <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />Apr il <br /> <br />, 1975, the City <br /> <br />Council of the City of San Marcos, Texas, convened in Special <br /> <br />session at the regular meeting place in the City Hall of said <br /> <br />City, with the following members present, to wit: <br /> <br />DR. E~lIE CRADDOCK, <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />F~qK T. ARREDONDO <br /> <br />TED BREIHA1" <br /> <br />BILL DIBRELL <br /> <br />Councilmen <br /> <br />LUCIANO FLORES <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />JOHN HANSEN <br />KENNETH SUnON <br /> <br />DORISS HAMBRICK, <br /> <br />City Secretary <br /> <br />and the following absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />, constituting <br /> <br />a quorum, at which time the following, among other proceedings, <br /> <br />were had, to wit: <br /> <br />The proposed ordinance was introduced and read in full. <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />Hansen <br /> <br />moved that the rule requiring ordinances <br /> <br />to be read at more than one meeting of the Council be suspended and <br /> <br />that said ordinance be passed as an emergency measure because of <br /> <br />the emergency stated in the preamble to said ordinance and that <br /> <br />said ordinance become effective immediately from and after its <br /> <br />passage. The motion was seconded by Councilman Flnrp.s <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />The motion carried by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: Mayor Craddock and Councilmen Arredondo <br /> <br />Dibrell <br /> <br />Flores <br /> <br />Hansen <br /> <br />Sutton <br /> <br />NOES: l\!.Qne.. Breihan. <br /> <br />Councilman Hansen <br /> <br />moved that the ordinance be passed <br /> <br />finally. The motion was seconded by Councilman Flores <br />
