<br />RELINQUISHING TO EXA PHILLIPS NELSON,
<br />l1ARB.N NELSON MEEKS, HUGH A. NELSON, JR.,
<br />AND REUBEN H. MEEKS, TRUSTEE, ALL RIGHT,
<br />TITLE AND INTEREST OF THE CITY OF SAN
<br />~ARCOS, TEYAS, IN AND TO SAID STREET
<br />PORTIONS: AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR OF THE
<br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS TO EXECUTE AND DELIVER

<br />WHEREAS, a map or plat of H. A. Nelson's First Addition to the

<br />City of San Marcos, Texas, is of record in Volume 89, page 224,
<br />
<br />Hays County Deed Records, said map or plat, and its record, being
<br />
<br />hereby referred to and made a part hereof for all legal, pertinent
<br />
<br />and descriptive purposes; and,
<br />

<br />WHERZAS, said map or plat reflects tbecreation of tbe sub-

<br />division known as H. A. Nelson's First Addition
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, by instrument set fortb in Volume 89, pages 222-223,

<br />WHEREAS, Lhere is not indicated on said plat, nor in the above-

<br />mentioned instrument, nor elsewhere, any acceptance of jurisdiction

<br />by the County of Hays or the City of San Marcos, nor bave tbe County

<br />of Hays or City of San Marcos ever exercised, nor is eitber of tbem

<br />now exercising any jurisdiction over tbe bereinafter described portions
<br />
<br />of Veramendi and Pari< Streets, as sbown on tbe plat of said addition,
