Mayor Narvaiz <br />stated several citizens have signed up to speak regarding this issue. 1) <br />Holly Wood stated she was speaking on behalf of the residents of Stone <br />Brook Seniors Community. She stated the residents want to receive the <br />same P.I.L.O.T. program as willow Springs. When she met with Mayor <br />Narvaiz, Mayor Narvaiz indicated leveling the playing field also would <br />involve Stone Brook giving back to a local non-profit organization. She <br />stated Mayor Narvaiz suggested transitional housing for the Hays-Caldwell <br />Women's Center. She stated Stone Brook is unable to provide an apartment <br />in its facility because of various legalities governing Stone Brook. She <br />
