Call to Order and Announce a Ouorum is Present <br />With a quorum present, the Regular Meeting of the San Marcos City Council was called to order by <br />Mayor Daniel Guerrero at 6:03 p.m. on Tuesday, February 15, 2011 in the Council Chambers of the <br />City of San Marcos City Hall, 630 East Hopkins, San Marcos, Texas 78666. <br />3. 6:OOPM WORKSHOP — City Leadership Forum <br />City Manager, Jim Nuse explained how the forum will help set the objectives for the City Council <br />initiatives, and how this information will be used for a quarterly review of the organization. Dr. <br />Richard Lewis discussed current City priorities and identified priority performance components. Dr. <br />Lewis suggested a quarterly session to make sure the City Council and City staff is still on the same <br />page for approaching priorities is important. <br />• <br />
