Mayor Narvaiz called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Mayor Narvaiz introduced an Executive Session pursuant to the Government Code, Section 551.072 and 551.073, to discuss the purchase of real property (Aquarena Springs Drive/Post Road area); Section 551.074, to discuss the duties of a public officer (City Attorney); and Section 55l.087r to discuss commercial or financial information the City has received from a business prospect that the City seeks to have locater stay or expand in or near the City and with which the City is conducting economic development negotiations, or to deliberate the offer of a financial or other incentive * Ms. Womack was not present at this meeting.
