Womack <br />Mark Taylor <br />Laurie Anderson <br />Stephanie Langenkamp <br />Carol Barrett <br />Tom Taggart <br />Howard Williams <br />Mike Baker <br />Rodney Gonzales <br />Bob Higgs <br />Mark Brinkley <br />Collette Jamison <br /> <br />Also Present: Jessica Lynch, Melissa Millecam, Sean Wardwell, Brad Rollins, <br />Phil Neighbors, Dan Rogers, Ken Claybourn, Stephanie Garcia, Bobette Bandy, <br />Shelley Goodwin and others. <br /> <br />Mayor Narvaiz called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Mayor Narvaiz introduced an Executive Session pursuant to the Government <br />Code, Sections 551.072 and 551.073, to discuss the purchase of real <br />property (Downtown area) and lease of real property (Airport area); and <br />Section 551.087, to discuss commercial or financial information the City <br />has received from a business prospect that the City seeks to have locate, <br />stay or expand in or near the City and with which the City is conducting <br />economic development negotiations, or to deliberate the offer of a <br />financial or other incentive to such a business prospect (North IH35 area; <br />IH35 South/McCarty area). The Council adjourned into Executive Session at <br />6:02 p.m. <br /> <br />Mayor Narvaiz announced the Council would reconvene at 6:57 p.m. <br />
