On November 29, 2005, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of San <br />Marcos held a public hearing regarding a request to change the Future Land Use Map of the San <br />Marcos Horizons City Master Plan from Low Density Residential and Medium Density <br />Residential to Medium Density Residential for a 20.1942 acre, more or less, tract of land located <br />in the 400 Block of Stagecoach Trail, and a concurrent request to change the zoning for this tract <br />from FD Future Development District and PH-ZL Patio Home - Zero Lot Line Residential <br />District to TH Townhouse Residential District. <br /> <br />2. On November 29, 2005, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of San <br />Marcos held a public hearing regarding a request to change the Future Land Use Map of the San <br />Marcos Horizons City Master Plan from Medium Density Residential to Commercial for a <br />6.9114 acre, more or less, tract of land located in the 400 Block of Stagecoach Trail, and a <br />concurrent request to change the zoning for this tract from PH-ZL Patio Home - Zero Lot Line <br />Residential District to OP Office Professional District. <br /> <br />3. Subsequent to the public hearing on that date, the Planning and Zoning Commission <br />considered and voted to approve the requests on November 29,2005, and recommended that the <br />requests be approved by the City Council. <br /> <br />4. The City Council held a public hearing on Febrauary 7, 2006regarding the <br />requests. <br />
