<br />135 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1982- 20R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, SETTING PRICES <br />FOR RENTAL OF STORAGE UNITS AT SAN MARCOS <br />MUNICIPAL AIRPORT AND APPROVING THE TERMS <br />AND CONDITIONS FOR RENTAL OF SAID UNITS <br />AND T-HANGAR SPACES AT SAID AIRPORT AND <br />DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Marcos, <br />Texas, approved on Jdly 27, 1981, rental fees for T-Bangar <br />space located in Unit A, Unit B and Unit C of the San Marcos <br />Municipal Airport; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there a~e located at said Airport certain <br />smaller areas which are known as storage units, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there exists a need to set different rents <br />for T-Hangar space and storage units because of the difference <br />in size between the two areas; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. The rental for those premises known as Units <br />A, Band C of the San Marcos Municipal Airport shall be as <br />follows: <br /> <br />T-Hangar space- <br />Storage Unit space- <br /> <br />$75.00 per month <br />40.00 per month <br /> <br />PART 2. That the attached Exhibit A identifies T-Hangar <br />spaces and Storage Unit spaces in units A, Band C at said <br />Airport. <br /> <br />PART 3. That the Rental Agreement for space in Units <br />A, Band C of the San Marcos Municipal Airport, a copy of <br />which is attached hereto and incorporated herein for all <br />intents and purposes, be, and the same is hereby, approved <br />in all respects. <br /> <br />PART 4.
