Call to Order and Announce a Quorum is Present <br />With a quorum present, the budget workshop of the San Marcos City Council was called to order <br />by Mayor Daniel Guerrero at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 19, 2012 in the Council Chambers of <br />the City of San Marcos City Hall, 630 East Hopkins, San Marcos, Texas 78666. <br />3 Discussion on the proposed Fiscal Year 2012 -2013 Budget, and provide direction to <br />Staff. <br />Steve Parker, Director of Finance, provided the City Council with presentation of the upcoming <br />2012 -2013 Fiscal Year Budget. <br />The Council agreed that they would like to look into how funds could be spent for Drainage <br />Utility Fund on items Council Member Porterfield mentioned: swails, bio drainage, and water <br />quality drainage. <br />
