<br /> 77 <br /> - <br /> RESOLUTION 1994- 22 R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE <br /> CITY AND FIRST SOUTHWEST COMPANY FOR FINANCIAL <br /> ADVISORY SERVICES; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO <br /> EXECUTE THIS AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AND <br /> DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That an agreement between the City and <br /> First Southwest Company for financial advisory services, a <br /> copy of which is attached to and incorporated in this <br /> resolution for all intents and purposes, is approved. <br /> PART 2. That the City Manager, Larry D. Gilley, <br /> is authorized to execute the agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3.
