CERTAIN PERMITTED USES: <br /> ADDING VETERINARY SERVICES IN SECTION 29(B) (7): <br /> ADDING VETERINARY SERVICES AS SPECIFIC AND <br /> PERMITTED USES IN SECTION 3Ø(A) AND (B): AMENDING <br /> SECTION 39(C) AND (D) WITH REGARD TO NONCONFORMING <br /> USES: PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY: REPEALING ALL <br /> CONFLICTING ORDINANCES: PROVIDING A PENALTY: <br /> PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION: AND PROVIDING AN <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, on June 4, 1991, the Zoning Commission of the <br /> Ci ty of San Marcos (the IICommissionll) held a publ ic hearing <br /> to consider amendments to the following sections of the <br /> General Zoning Ordinance: Section 29, IILBII Limited Business <br /> District and Section 3Ø, IICII Commercial District: and, <br /> WHEREAS, subsequent to that public hearing, the <br /> Commission considered the amendments and voted to approve all <br /> the amendments and has recommended that these amendments be <br /> approved by the City Council: and <br /> ~VHEREAS, on July 2, 1991, the Commission held a public <br /> hearing to consider amendments to the following sections of <br /> the General Zoning Ordinance: Section 2 (A)(3), Amendments, <br /> Procedures, Filing Fee, and Appeals from Decisions of the <br /> Zoning Commission: Section 4, Definitions: Section 39 (C) & <br /> (D), Nonconformities: and, <br /> vlHEREAS, subsequent to that public hearing, the <br /> Commission considered the amendments and voted to approve all <br /> amendments and has recommended that these amendments be <br /> approved by the City Council: and, <br /> WHEREAS, on August 6, 1991 the Commission held a publ ic <br /> hearing to consider amendments to the following sections of <br /> the General Zoning Ordinance: Section 5, Districts <br /> Designated: Section 25, II Mil Single Family, Duplex, and <br /> Neighborhood Business District: and Sections 3, 5, 35, 37, <br /> 4Ø, 41 and 42 with regard to changing the terms IIDirector of <br /> Planningll and IIPlanning Directorll to IIDirectorll: and, <br /> WHEREAS, subsequent to that public hearing, the <br /> Commission considered the amendments and voted to approve all <br /> amendments and has recommended that these amendments be <br /> approved by the City Council: and, <br />
