<br /> 25 <br /> RESOLUTION 1992- l5 R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS <br /> OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY AND AMERICAN <br /> APPRAISAL ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR PROFESSIONAL <br /> SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH A PHYSICAL INVENTORY OF <br /> CITY FIXED ASSETS: AUTHORI ZING THE CITY MANAGER TO <br /> EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AND <br /> DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of San Marcos wishes to engage <br /> the services of American Appraisal Associates, Inc. for <br /> professional services in connection with a physical inventory <br /> of City fixed assets: now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That the terms and conditions of an <br /> agreement with American Appraisal Associates, Inc. for <br /> professional services in connection with a physical inventory <br /> of City fixed assets, a copy of which is attached hereto and <br /> incorporated herein for all intents and purposes, are hereby <br /> approved. <br /> PART 2. That the City Manager, Larry D. Gilley, be <br /> and he is hereby authorized to execute the agreement on <br /> behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3.
