Call to Order and Announce a Quorum is Present <br />With a quorum present, regular meeting of the San Marcos City Council was called to order by <br />Mayor Daniel Guerrero at 5:32 p.m. on Tuesday, April 16, 2013 in the Council Chambers of the <br />City of San Marcos City Hall, 630 East Hopkins, San Marcos, Texas 78666. <br />3. Receive a Staff presentation to discuss and consider prof ects to be funded in the 2013 <br />Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Action Plan, and provide direction to <br />Staff. <br />Janis Hendrix, Community Initiatives Program Administrator, provided a brief presentation to <br />the Council related to the applications requesting funding out of the 2013 CDBG Program. <br />Following discussion the Council made the following initial allocations: United Way - $11,667, <br />Women's Center - $25,000, CASA - $25,000, Program Administration - $110,000, Southside <br />Rehab - $100,000, Greenbelt Alliance Trail - $25,000, Scheib Center - $200,000, and Mini -Skate <br />Parks - $42,000. <br />4. Receive a Staff update reeardina the Downtown Reconstruction Phase I Proiect, and <br />
