<br />Mayor Craddock called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.
<br />
<br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of
<br />the Regular Meeting held January 24, 1983. Mrs. Norris moved to approve
<br />the minutes and Mr. Brown seconded the motion. On roll call the follow-
<br />ing vote was recorded:
<br />
<br />AYE: Brown, Farr, Craddock, Moore, Norris.
<br />
<br />NAY: None.
<br />
<br />ABSTAIN: Kreczmer.
<br />
<br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of
<br />the Special Meeting held January 31, 1983. Mr. Farr moved for approval
<br />of the minutes and Mrs. Norris seconded the motion, which passed unani-
<br />mously.
<br />
<br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration an appointment to complete
<br />a vacancy on the Building Code Board of Adjustments and Appeals. Mr.
<br />Farr moved Kester Balderach be appointed to complete the vacancy and
<br />Mr. Moore seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.
<br />
<br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of six appointments
<br />to the Central Texas Higher Education Authority. Mr. Farr moved that all
<br />seven names placed in nomination prior to the meeting be considered:
<br />Jerri Martin, Kathi Castoldi, Patty Sullivan (reappointment), Soila Rod-
<br />riguez (reappointment), John Morrisset (reappointment), Kathy Morris (re-
<br />appointment) and John Ferguson (reappointment), and Mr. Kreczmer second-
<br />ed the motion, which passed unanimously. On roll call the following
<br />vote was recorded:

<br />BROWN: Martin, Castoldi, Sullivan, Rodriguez, Morrisset,
<br />Ferguson.
<br />FARR: Martin, Castoldi, Sullivan, Rodriguez, Morrisset,
