Womack <br /> City Attorney Barbara Jean Edwards <br /> Director of Public Works George Boeker <br /> City Planner Joe Garza <br /> Also Present: Gene Hildebrandt, Olga Garza, Joel Barnard, Henry and <br /> Tess Norris, Allen Effressy, Lee Swift, Bill and Nina pryatel, George <br /> Dashner, Joe Cox, Beth Morrisset, Pat Price, Dr. Pugh, Kelly Kilber, <br /> Joe Marez, Billy Moore, Gwen Smith and others. <br /> Mayor Craddock called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. <br /> Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of the minutes <br /> of the Regular Meeting held April 25, 1983. Ms. Kissler moved to ap- <br /> prove the minutes and Mr. Guerra seconded the motion. On roll call <br /> the following vote was recorded: <br /> AYE: Brown, Guerra, Craddock, Kissler, Kreczmer, Moore. <br /> NAY: None. <br /> ABSTAIN: Farr. <br /> Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of the minutes <br /> of the Special Meeting held April 27, 1983. Mr. Brown moved to ap- <br /> prove the minutes and Mr. Farr seconded the motion. On roll call the <br /> following vote was recorded: <br /> AYE: Brown, Farr, Guerra, Craddock, Kissler, Moore. <br /> NAY: None. <br /> ABSTAIN: Kreczmer. <br /> Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of the minutes <br /> of the Emergency Meeting held April 28, 1983. Mr. Brown moved to ap- <br /> prove the rri..nutes and Ms. Kissler seconded the motion. On roll call <br /> the following vote was recorded: <br /> AYE: Brown, Farr, Guerra, Craddock, Kissler. <br /> NAY: None. <br /> ABSTAIN: Kreczmer. <br /> (Mr. Moore was not present during the voting on this motion.) <br /> Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of the minutes <br /> of the Special Meeting held May 2, 1983. Ms. Kissler moved to approve <br /> the minutes and Mr. Guerra seconded the motion, which passed unanimous- <br /> ly (Mr. Moore was not present during the voting on this motion). <br />
