108 MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, MAY 23, 1983 PRESENT: Mayor Emmie Craddock Council Members Karl W. Brown Gerald G. Farr Fred Guerra Betty Jane Kissler John A. Kreczmer Jaime Moore City Manager A. C. Gonzalez City Secretary Janis K. Womack City Attorney Barbara Jean Edwards Director of Public Works George Boeker City Planner Joe Garza Chief of Police Myron Galchutt Also Present: Gregg Echols, Jeff Watkins, Olga Garza, Bill pryatel, Nina pryatel, Jane Wilson, Jack Lindstrom, Dan Nelson, Carl Deal, Charles Stone, Jerri Martin, Ted Breihan, Albert Walker, Rudy Villal- pando, Margie Villalpando and others. Mayor Craddock called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of the Regular Meeting held May 9, 1983. Mr. Brown moved to approve the minutes and Mr. Farr seconded the motion, which passed unanimous- ly. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of the Special Meeting held May la, 1983. Mr. Guerra moved to approve the minutes and Mr. Farr seconded the motion. On roll call the follow- ing vote was recorded: AYE: Brown, Farr, Guerra, Craddock, Kissler. NAY: None. ABSTAIN: Kreczmer, Moore. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of the Special Meeting held May 11, 1983. Mr. Farr moved to approve the minutes and Ms. Kissler seconded the motion. On roll call the following vote was recorded: AYE: Farr, Guerra, Craddock, Kissler. NAY: None. ABSTAIN: Brown, Kreczmer, Moore. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of the Emergency Meeting held May 11, 1983. Mr. Farr moved to approve the minutes and Ms. Kissler seconded the motion.
