<br />64 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 199Ø - <br /> <br />l4 <br /> <br />R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE TERMS AND <br />CONDITIONS OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF <br />SAN MARCOS AND SIGN CRAFTERS, INC. FOR THE <br />PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF BENCHES FOR THE <br />USE AND CONVENIENCE OF THE PUBLIC; AUTHORIZING <br />THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT ON <br />BEHALF OF THE CITY AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE <br />DATE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Sign Crafters, Inc. wishes to provide benches <br />for the use and convenience of the general public as well as <br />for persons utilizing the shuttle bus system operated as a <br />service to Southwest Texas State University students; and, <br /> <br />~'lHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Marcos, <br />Texas, \.,ishes to enter into a five year agreement with Sign <br />Crafters, Inc. for the provision of benches at designated <br />locations within the City; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. That the terms and conditions of an agreement <br />for the provision and maintenance of benches in the City of <br />San Marcos, Texas between the City and Sign Crafters, Inc., a <br />copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein for <br />all intents and purposes, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />PART 2. That the City Manager of the City of San <br />Marcos, Texas, Larry D. Gilley be, and he is hereby, <br />authorized to execute the agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />PART 3.
