Mayor Craddock moved <br />to approve the minutes and Mr. Brown seconded the motion, which passed <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of three appoint- <br />ments to the Airport Commssion. Mr. Farr moved to reappoint Bill <br />Taylor, reappoint J. D. Oliver and appoint Allyn Gill and Ms. Kissler <br />seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of an appointment <br />of an architect to the Belvin Street Historical District Committee. <br />Mayor Craddock moved to reappoint Norman Yarbrough and Mr. Brown se- <br />conded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of five appoint- <br />ments to the Parks and Recreation Board. Ms. Kissler moved to reappoint <br />Nina pryatel, Joe DeLeon, Gilbert Gomez, Roland Villanueva and Mrs. <br />Merry FitzPatrick, and Mr. Guerra seconded the motion, which passed <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration three appointments to the <br />Senior Citizens Advisory Board. Mr. Guerra moved to reappoint Mary <br />Gonzales, reappoint Len Fielder and appoint Gilbert Conoley, and Ms. <br />Kissler seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of five appoint- <br />ments to the Fair Housing Commission. Prior to voting on these board <br />appointments, Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval to <br />make an exception to Resolution No. 1981-1R adopted by the City Council <br />on January 12, 1981, which limited Board Members to only two consecutive <br />terms on a board. The Council wanted to make an exception for the Fair <br />Housing Commission because the Board has never held a meeting. Mayor <br />Craddock moved to make an exception of Resolution 1981-1R and Mr. Brown <br />seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br /> <br />* Mr. Kreczmer was not present at this meeting. <br />
