The Council received <br />and opened 13 bids. First Southwest Company, the City's bond <br />consultants, and Rick Fisher, the City's bond counsel, left the <br /> Chambers to review the bids for accuracy and completeness. <br /> <br />Mayor Morris introduced the ten-minute citizen comment period. No <br />one signed up to speak, and Mayor Morris so advised. <br /> <br />Mayor Morris introduced for consideration approval of five <br />appointments to the San Marcos Electrical Board. Mayor Morris moved <br />to reappoint David Drgac (Master Electrician), reappoint Clay Walls <br />(At-Large) and reappoint Dennis Wiese (Master Electrician) and Mr. <br />Hart moved to appoint Milton Culley to replace Ronnie LaCaze as the <br />SMEU Representative, which passed unanimously. The Council will <br />schedule one more appointment of a Master Electrician for the next <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Mayor Morris introduced for consideration approval of five <br />appointments to the Central Texas Higher Education Authority. Mayor <br />Morris moved to reappoint Robert Lucio and appoint Cindy Kolb, Mr. <br />Guerra moved to appoint Kate Robbins and Mr. Plummer moved to <br />appoint Bob Sappington, which passed unanimously. The Council will <br />schedule one more appointment at the next meeting. <br /> <br />Mayor Morris introduced for consideration approval of fifty <br />appointments to the Master Plan citizens Advisory Committee <br />(Temporary). Each Council Member will appoint seven, and Mayor <br />- Morr~s will appoint eight. Mayor Morris moved to appoint John Diaz <br />I (ETJ), Ollie Giles, Allen G. Herkimer, Jr., Rick Hernandez, Cindy R. <br />Kolb, W. W. McElroy, Amanda Ruiz and Rick Travis; Mr. Guerra moved <br />to appoint Leonard Cardenas, Joe Gonzales, Gloria Olivo Mendoza, <br />Margie Moore, Herbert Sanchez and Samuel Woods; Mr. Cox moved to <br />appoint John M. Blair, Rose L. Brooks, Madeline DeLong, Jim <br />Harrison, Sandy Schroeder, Dr. Betty R. Starling (ETJ) and Billy L. <br />Windham; Mr. Plummer moved to appoint Kate Clayton, Louise N. <br />Greene, Raymond C. Hernandez, Penny Keith, Sonya Kibby (ETJ) , Mike <br />Narvaiz, Jr. and Adriana Serna; Mr. Moore moved to appoint Don <br />Garrett, Leonard Gravitz, John McGee, Bob sappington, Eric N. <br />Telford (ETJ), Sherri L. Williams and Janet Kay Wisian¡ Mr. Mooney <br />moved to appoint Richard A. Earl, Ivory J. Forest, Margaret Jordan, <br />Buddy Mostyn (ETJ), Bob Niemietz, Leslie Spears Marshall and Steven <br />A. Hernandez; and Mr. Hart moved to apoint Gerald castillo, Terri <br />Chaney, Cindy E. Garcia, Mark Liuag (ETJ), David Powers, Tom Roach <br />and Stephen Tittle (ETJ).
