Mr. Rutledge also discussed his plans for saving the old home located on the property of his condominium project and Mr. Moore indicated he was interested in the home being saved and hoped the density of the development can be worked out. Mr. Moore moved the moratorium ordin- ance be amended to delete the revocation clause (Sec. 6) and that it be presented for the Council's consideration May 14. Ms. Kissler seconded the motion. On roll call the following vote was recorded: AYE: Coddington, Farr, Guerra, Kissler, Moore. NAY: Craddock. ABSTAIN: None. Mr. Rutledge's request can be considered following the amendment to the Ordinance on May 14. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration adoption of a Resolution, the caption which was read as follows: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF A LEASE AND OPERATING AGREEMENT BETWEEN NORTH AMERICAN AEROSPACE CORPORATION AND SAID CITY FOR THE LEASE BY SAID NORTH AMERICAN AEROSPACE CORPORA- TION OF 64,862 SQUARE FEET AT THE SAN MARCOS MUNICI- PAL AIRPORT; AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF SAID CITY TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Mr. Guerra moved for adoption of the Resolution and Ms. Kissler seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. McMAINS, OTIS W. SNYDER, JR., AND GARY N. MATTHEWS AND SAID CITY; AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF SAID CITY TO EXECUTE SUCH CON- TRACTS AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
