<br />Narrative <br />page-7 <br /> <br />PERFORMANCE MEASURE: The Project Coordinator will keep <br />track of presentations made and the number of attendees. <br />These statistics will be reported on our semi-annual <br />evaluation report. <br /> <br />OBJECTIVE 4-B: To produce and distribute a bilingual <br />(English-Spanish) flier to advertise our ESL tutoring <br />program. This will be accomplished by October 31, 1988. <br /> <br />PERFORMANCE MEASURE: The Project Coordinator will <br />complete the flier and submit two copies to TSL by October <br />31, 1988. The number of fliers distributed will be <br />reported on our semi-annual evaluation to TSL. <br /> <br />OBJECTIVE 4-C: To develop and distribute by November 30, <br />1988 a bilingual (Spanish-English) flier to advertise the <br />library's story time program for the Hispanic community. The <br />flier will be distributed through the churches, stores, <br />restaurants and community centers which serve the Hispanic <br />community. <br /> <br />PERFORMANCE MEASURE: The Project Coordinator will <br />complete the flier and submit two copies to TSL by <br />November 30, 1988. We will also report the number of <br />fliers distributed on our semi-annual evaluation report to <br />TSL. <br /> <br />OBJECTIVE 4-D: To develop and distribute by March 31, 1989 <br />a bilingual (Spanish-English) flier to advertise the <br />library's social services fair. The flier will be <br />distributed through the churches, stores, restaurants and <br />community centers which serve the Hispanic community. <br /> <br />PERFORMANCE MEASURE: The P~oject Coordinator will <br />complete the flier and submit two copies to TSL by March <br />31, 1989. We will also report the number of fliers <br />distributed on our semi-annual evaluation report to TSL. <br /> <br />V. <br /> <br />SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED <br /> <br />The Lifelong Learning Project will provide the following <br />services: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />Free literacy, ESL and GED tutoring for adults. <br /> <br />Our project currently provides for literacy and GED <br />tutoring. ESL tutoring will be a new component of the <br />program. Small ESL tutoring groups will be organized for <br />students at the beginning, intermediate and advanced levels. <br />This will provide for an ongoing, progressive tutoring <br />program '. <br />
