<br />In phase I two wells should be constructed in the Lowmans I Ranch <br />development on Centerpoint Road, near the location of the <br />proposed standpipe. This location will service the proposed <br />developments supplying water to the elevated storage tank, to be <br />located on the far western side of the Lowman Ranch development. <br />A well is to be constructed at the 770 contour on McCarty Lane in <br />phase I to service the new unspecified development, as well as the <br />lower pressure plane in the future. A well is proposed to be <br />constructed in phase II at Well Site A to supply water to the lower <br />pressure plane being serviced at that time.
