<br />June 6, 2006 <br /> <br />3.4.5 Additional Requirements <br /> <br />a. No commercial structure or activity shall be located in Lots C-2 and F-3. <br />b. Refer to Sections 6, 7, 9 and 14 for open space requirements. <br />c. Pedestrian access points to Lots C-2 and F-3 will be identified in a specific design plan <br />for the open space improvements. This design plan will be submitted to the City with <br />the Site Preparation Permit application for either of these lots in association with a <br />written policy on access and maintenance of the open space (refer to Section 6.4). The <br />trail system shall be designed to connect to adjacent properties along or adjacent to the <br />Blanco River. <br />d. All improvements in Lots C-2 and F-3 shall conform to the standards in and <br />requirements of City site preparation permitting, building plan review and inspections. <br /> <br />3.5 Requirements for Lot D-l <br /> <br />3.5.1 Base Zoning. The base zoning district is MF-24 Multiple-Family Residential District. <br /> <br />3.5.2 Purpose. The MF-24 zoning district shall provide for multi-family condominium residential <br />use located along Nash Lane. <br /> <br />3.5.3 Authorized Uses. The permitted use is specifically limited to multi-family condominium <br />residential with accessory parking garages and carports. <br /> <br />3.5.4 Additional Development Standards.
