<br />June 6, 2006 <br /> <br />3.6 Requirements for Lot F-l <br /> <br />3.6.1 Base Zoning. The base zoning district is CC: Community Commercial. <br /> <br />3.6.2 Purpose. The Community Commercial zoning district shall provide for the compatible <br />development of medical offices and services located along Riverway Avenue. <br /> <br />3.6.3 Authorized Uses. The permitted uses are specifically limited to medical office and medical <br />services and office. <br /> <br />3.6.4 Additional Development Standards. The base zoning district is CC: Community Commercial with an outdoor <br />entertainment service or venue. <br /> <br />3.7.2 Purpose. The Community Commercial zoning district shall provide for the compatible <br />development of recreational commercial (outdoor amphitheater) and accessory parking <br />structure along Riverway A venue. <br /> <br />3.7.3 Authorized Uses. The permitted use is specifically limited to outdoor amphitheater with <br />accessory parking structure. Any commercial use with on-site consumption of alcoholic <br />beverages will be subject to the conditional use permit requirements in accordance with <br />LDC Section 4.3.4.2. <br /> <br />Blanco Riverwalk PD Overlay District <br /> <br />12 <br />
