<br /> While the user situation is being reviewed, consultants will review the data processing <br /> system and computer hardware. We will briefly analyze system operations and <br /> documen ta tion. <br /> WorksteD 2: Inte2rate Findin2s and Conclusions <br /> <br /> At the conclusion of Workstep 1, LWFW will consolidate findings and develop preliminary <br /> recommenda tions. Specifically, we will: <br /> 8 Conduct a workshop with the City's Study Team to present and review our <br /> findings. During the workshop both user and data processing needs will be <br /> discussed; plus we will present an opinion concerning the installation status <br /> of the system. <br /> 8 Develop preliminary data processing requirements and recommendations for <br /> incorporation into the data processing plan. These recommendations will <br /> suggest: <br /> - Computer hardware improvements/additions <br /> - Methodologies for improving the application software installation <br /> - Potential uses and locations for microcompu ters and/or other <br /> distributive systems. <br /> WorksteD 3: DeveloD Data Processine: Plan <br /> <br /> L WFW will prepare a rough draft of a data processing plan that incorporates the <br /> recommenda Hons developed in the previous work step. These recommend a tions will <br /> specifically answer the questions presented in Section 1. This plan will be presented to <br /> and discussed with the Study Team. Once the Study Team agrees with the findings and <br /> recommendations, a final report will be prepared.
