project and the University Interceptor Project will be combined during preparation to produce only one set of Plans and other Contract Documents. The Engineer may submit monthly requests or billings for partial payment based on the amount of work completed. Said requests or billings shall be itemized on the basis of hours expended by position and shall include all other itemized and/or categorized costs. Payment shall become due and payable within thirty (30) days from receipt. 2. Invitation for Bids, Plans, and Other Contract Documents Distribution: For services rendered as described in Section 12.3, Invitation for Bids, Plans, and Other Contract Documents Distribution, the Engineer shall be compensated for this work on the standard cost times multiplier basis as shown in Exhibit A, Schedule of Charges. Said fee shall not exceed Seven Thousand Dollars ($7,000.00) if services are rendered for a separate project; or if services rendered are for a combined project, Engineer shall be compensated as shown under Section 5.5.1, Invitation for Bids, Plans, and Other Contract Documents Distribution for a combined project. 3. Construction Phase: For the services rendered as described under Section L1.2(B)(3), Option II, Construction Phase, the Engineer shall be compensated for this work on the standard cost times multiplier basis as shown in Exhibit A, Schedule of Charges. Said fee shall not exceed Twenty-Two Thousand Dollars ($22,000.00) if services rendered are for a Separate Project; or if services rendered are for a Combined Project, the Engineer shall be compensated as shown in Sectin 5.2.2, Construction Phase for Combined Project.
