<br /> -3- <br /> Proposition No. 6 <br /> Amend Section 4.01 to provide for a yearly report <br /> by the Chief Municipal Court Judge. <br /> Proposition No. 7 <br /> Amend Section 4.03(b) to provide for annual <br /> appointments of Municipal Court judges. <br /> Proposition No. 8 <br /> Amend Section 4.03(b) to provide for the <br /> appointments and salaries of Municipal Court <br /> judges. <br /> Proposition No. 9 <br /> Amend Section 4.03(e) to provide for the <br /> replacement in the case of the absence of the Chief <br /> Judge of the Municipal Court. <br /> Proposition No. 11 <br /> Amend Section 5.05 to provide that runoff elections <br /> be held three ( 3) weeks following the preceding <br /> election. <br /> Proposition No. 12 <br /> Amend Section 5.08 pertaining to the Oath of Office <br /> for City officials to conform to State law. <br /> Proposition No. 13 <br /> Amend Section 6.02 to add a provision that no <br /> zoning district boundary ordinance shall be subject <br /> to the referendum process. <br /> Proposition No. 14 <br /> Amend Section 6.04 to change the time period which <br /> the City Secretary has available to certify any <br /> petition that is submitted to the City Secretary, <br /> from thirty (30) days to forty-five (45) days. <br /> Proposition No. 15 <br /> Amend Section 6.07 to provide that recall petitions <br /> must be signed by at least ten per cent (10%) of <br /> the qualified voters of the City. <br /> Proposition No. 16 <br /> Amend Section 6.07 to provide for the regulation of <br /> recall petitions. <br /> Proposition No. 17 <br /> Amend Section 7.06 to provide that the Planning <br /> Commission shall submit proposed Master Plan <br /> changes at least annually. <br /> Proposition No. 18 <br /> Amend Section 7.08 to delete the requirement that a <br /> three-fourths (3/4) vote of the City Council is <br /> required to override a recommendation of the <br /> Planning Commission pertaining to a proposed <br /> amendment of the Master Plan. <br />
