-3- Proposition No. 6 Amend Section 4.01 to provide for a yearly report by the Chief Municipal Court Judge. Proposition No. 7 Amend Section 4.03(b) to provide for annual appointments of Municipal Court judges. Proposition No. 8 Amend Section 4.03(b) to provide for the appointments and salaries of Municipal Court judges. Proposition No. 9 Amend Section 4.03(e) to provide for the replacement in the case of the absence of the Chief Judge of the Municipal Court. Proposition No. 11 Amend Section 5.05 to provide that runoff elections be held three ( 3) weeks following the preceding election. Proposition No. 12 Amend Section 5.08 pertaining to the Oath of Office for City officials to conform to State law. Proposition No. 13 Amend Section 6.02 to add a provision that no zoning district boundary ordinance shall be subject to the referendum process. Proposition No. 14 Amend Section 6.04 to change the time period which the City Secretary has available to certify any petition that is submitted to the City Secretary, from thirty (30) days to forty-five (45) days. Proposition No. 15 Amend Section 6.07 to provide that recall petitions must be signed by at least ten per cent (10%) of the qualified voters of the City. Proposition No. 16 Amend Section 6.07 to provide for the regulation of recall petitions. Proposition No. 17 Amend Section 7.06 to provide that the Planning Commission shall submit proposed Master Plan changes at least annually. Proposition No. 18 Amend Section 7.08 to delete the requirement that a three-fourths (3/4) vote of the City Council is required to override a recommendation of the Planning Commission pertaining to a proposed amendment of the Master Plan.
