Requirement for site plans for all <br /> development in the SMRC as called for in <br /> the Master Plan. <br /> c. SMRC boundaries. <br /> d. Annual review of SMRC boundaries. <br /> e. Water quality detention and <br /> sedimentation basins with contaminant <br /> removal. <br /> f. Maintenance of natural drainage <br /> patterns. <br /> g. Stabilization of bank and excavation <br /> standards. <br /> h. Land use limitation in the floodway. <br /> 1. Prohibition against individual <br /> wastewater disposal systems within the <br /> city limits in the SMRC. <br /> j. Impervious cover standards. <br /> k. Requires engineering plans, inspection, <br /> and maintenance. <br /> 1. Variances by Planning Commission and <br /> appeal to Council. <br /> m. Transfer of Development Rights.
