There are contained within these metes and bounds 4.57 acres, more or less, of land prepared by Byrn & Associates, Inc. of San Marcos, Texas. and, WHEREAS, an on-site public hearing has not been requested in writing by more than 20 adults residing in said area: and, WHEREAS, notices of said public hearings were published in the San Marcos Daily Record, a newspaper having general circulation in said City and in the territory proposed for annexation, on May 27, 1986 and May 29, 1986 , said dates being not more than twenty (20) days nor less than ten (10) days prior to the hearings for which notices were given: and,
