SPECIAL CONSIDERA'J:IONS <br /> CPS makes no representation that any future improvements or <br /> enhancements made to CPS. standard programs as licensed by the <br /> Customer ana listed herein will be suitable for use on, or in <br /> connection with, the Equipment and Software purchased by the <br /> Customer. <br /> It is understood and agreed upon by the Customer that acceptance of <br /> software enhancements or improvements may in fact dictate the usage <br /> of additional machine resources such as increased CPU activity or <br /> utilization of additional disk to store such changes or <br /> improvements along with applicable data. <br /> 5. TELECOMMUNICATIONS PROCESSING <br /> When the Telecommunications Support Package (¡rSp) is purchased, CPS <br /> will provide the necessary software to utilize TSP on cpSI <br /> computer. Customer must provide telephone equipment and line as <br /> necessary for utilization of TSP between their computer and CPS' <br /> computer. ~elephone equipment and line at Customer's office are not <br /> covered, nor are long distance phone charges. (See Paragraph 5, <br /> "Responsibilities of the Customer...") <br /> 6. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CUS'I'OiYlE.R AND PAYMENT <br /> At Customerls option, invoices will be issued monthly or annually <br /> in advance. Customer shall pay CPS, at the address stated on the <br /> invoices, the maintenance charges and any other related charges <br /> accruing from the commence date, plus any applicabl.e present or <br /> future taxes! within thirty (30) days from date of invoice. <br /> CPS may revise the maintenance charges at the end of the initial <br /> one year period or at any time thereafter with thirty (30) days <br /> advance written notice to the Customer. <br /> Maintenance rate may be revised at any time if customer licenses <br /> additional programs or modifications. <br />
