<br /> LCRA shall provide CITY a billing history record for <br /> each CUSTOMER served from the SYSTEM on September 1, 1986. The <br /> billing history record for each CUSTOMER shall include a <br /> history of monthly meter readings, billing determinants, <br /> charges, and payments received. CITY reserves the right to <br /> request such billing history data for a period extending back <br /> as far as the data is reasonably available from LCRA. <br /> 2.8 Until CITY assumes the responsibility for <br /> rendering the CUSTOMER bills, LCRA shall maintain such records <br /> as may be necessary and customary, or as requested by CITY, <br /> that set forth in full and accurate detail the actual meter <br /> readings, billing determinants, charges made to CITY's <br /> CUSTOMERS in accordance with the SCHEDULE OF RATES and payments <br /> received from each of CITY's CUSTOMERS. Moreover, LCRA shall <br /> maintain such records in a manner such that data by various <br /> CUSTOMER classifications can be readily reported on a monthly <br /> basis for (i) the most recent twelve-month period, and (ii) the <br /> CONTRACT YEAR to date period. <br /> When CITY assumes responsibility for providing <br /> CUSTOMER billing and until CITY assumes responsibility for <br /> CUSTOMER meter reading, collection of CUSTOMER billing and <br /> CUSTOMER services, LCRA shall provide CITY sufficient payment <br /> -10- <br />
