<br />If the recommended land transfer takes place in accordance with <br />normal procedures, there should be no cost to the City. However, <br />if improvements are required or modifications need to be made to <br />a structure, or if certain structures need relocation or <br />replacement, there could be some cost incurred. 'Iherefore, the <br />details of the land transfer should be very carefully worked out <br />before formal action through any of the available al ternati ve <br />pr:ocedures is requested or initiated. As stated earlier in this <br />report, it apPears possible to permit continued long term <br />operation by the Job Corps of the fire protection functions and <br />the laundry in their present locations without serious <br />encroachment or iTllpact on ai.J:port functions. <br /> <br />5.24 <br />
