In such event, payment sha~L De made to the PROFESSIONALS for serv~ces renderea ana oD~~gations incurred ~n accordance with th~s Agreement to aate of cancellat~on fOLlow~ng PROFESSIONALS' deLivery to OWNER of alL work and documents prepared to the date of terminat~on. SECTION V SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS OWNER ana PROFESSIONALS D~na themselves, their partners, successors, executors, aamin1strators, and ass~gns to the other part~es to this Agreement ~n respect to a~~ covenants of th~s Agreement. Ne~ther OWNER nor PROFESSIONALS shal~ ass~gn, suolet or transfer ~ts or the~r interest(s) in this Agreement w~thout the consent of the other(s) . SECTION VI COPYRIGHTS AND RIGHTS IN DATA The PROFESSIONALS agree that any maps, plans, araw~ngs, photos, aes~gns, spec~ficat~ons, techn~cal reports, operat~ng manuals, ana other work wh~ch is spec~f~ea to oe del~vered unaer thlS Agreement and to oe pa~a for oy the OWNER are SUbJect to the rights of the OWNER ~n effect on the aate of execut~on of thls Agreement. These r~ghts ~nCLUde the OWNER's right to use, aup~~cate, a~sclose ana aate such suoJect matter, ~n whole or ~n part, in any manner and for whatever purpose ana to have others dO so. SECTION VII PROFESSIONALS' RESPONSIBILITY fu~D LIABILITY Acceptance ana approval oy OWNER of the f~na~ work proaucts sha~l not constitute nor oe aeemed a release of the respons~o1litles ana l~aoll~ty of the PROFESSIONALS for the accuracy, comp~eteness ana competency of their proaucts, maps or other aocuments or work performea under th~s Agreement. No approvals or acceptance oy or on oeha~f of the OWNER shal~ oe deemea to oe an assumpt~on of such responsloiLlty oy the OWNER for any aefect, error or orn1ss~on ln said. prOducts, maps or other documents as prepared oy the PROFESSIONALS. The PROFESSIONALS further agree to perform any aaa~t~ona~ serv~ces requ~rea as a result of the PROFESSIONALS' aeveLopment of proaucts, maps, or documents which are founa to be ~n error or conta~n aefects or om~ssions attrioutaDle to the PROFESSIONALS. SECTION VIII SCHEDULE The PROFESSIONALS agree that al~ serv~ces as prov~aed. for ~n th~s Agreement sha~~ Oe completed. on or oefore the expirat~on of twelve (12) weeks after the execut~on of th1s Agreement oy al~ part~es.
