Opinion of Probable Construction Cost - Prepare a construction estimate with a <br />margin of error of f 10% for the 90% submittal and with a margin of error of f5% for <br />the 100% submittal. The opinion of construction costs shall be based on materials <br />and labor process prevailing at the time of the preparation without consideration of <br />inflationary increases in costs and will be indexed to the Engineering News Record <br />(ENR) Construction Cost Index. <br />3. Construction Schedule — Update project schedule for 90% and 100% submittals. <br />4. Project Technical Specifications — Review, compile and produce project technical <br />specifications.
