No one <br />did, so Mayor Younger closed the public hearing. Mayor Younger <br />moved for adoption of the Zoning Ordinance and Mr. Coddington se- <br />conded the motion. On roll call the following vote was recorded: <br /> AYE: Coddington, Farr, Younger, Kissler, Nicola. <br /> NAY: Brown, Guerra. <br /> ABSTAIN: None. <br />Mayor Younger introduced for consideration a public hearing and adoption <br />of a Resolution, the caption which was read as follows: <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE PLAN (MAP) <br /> OF THE MASTER PLAN OF SAID CITY, FOR 5.6234 ACRES OF <br /> LAND (244,953 SQUARE FEET) BEING THE SAME LAND CALLED <br /> THE SECOND TRACT IN A CONVEYANCE FROM A. B. ROGERS AND <br /> WILL G. BARBER TO EDWIN C. WILLIS, VOLUME 107, PAGE <br /> 130, DEED RECORDS, CITY OF SAN MARCOS, T. H. w. Patsy Greiner <br />was present representing the owners of the property, and stated the <br />property is to be developed as a commercial complex to serve the west <br />side of the city.
