That Plaintiffl acting through its City Council by resolution adopted March 51 1984, a certified copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein for all intents and purposes, has heretofore four and determined that it is necessary to acquire for a public purpose, fee simple interest in and to a 2.923 acre tract of land out of and a part of that 132.65 acre tract of land out of the T. G. McGehee Survey in Hays CountYI Texas, said 2.923 acre tract being more particularly described by metes ahd bounds as follows, to-wit: A parcel of land containing 2.923 acres out of that 132.65 acres out of the T. G. McGehee Survey, Hays County, Texasl conveyed by that deed of partition from the estates of Mrs. Mary Patterson and her husband \v. W. Patterson, to Ohren R. Patterson which was recorded in Volume 117, Pages 289-298 of the deed records of said county; this 2.923 acre parcel is more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows: BEGINNING at the point of intersection of the north right of way line of State Highway 21 and an extension of the centerline of Runway 12 of the San Marcos Airport, opposi the highway centerline station of 143 + 72.93; THENCE South 53° 05' 00" West along the said right of way line a distance of 202.00 feet to the south corner of this parcel, which is marked with an aluminum capped iron rod; THENCE North 44° 58' 51" West a distance of 46.22 feet to a point which is marked with an aluminum capped iron rod; THENCE North 450 01' 09" East a distance of 150.00 feet to a point marked with an aluminum capped iron rod which is southwesterly a distance of 50.00 feet from the extended centerline of said runway. THENCE North 44° 58' 51" ~vest along a line parallel to and 50.00 feet southwesterly from the extended centerline of said runway a distance of 1300.00 to a point which is marked with an aluminum capped iron rod; THENCE North 45 ° 01' 09" East a distance of 50.00 feet to a point on the extended centerline of the said runway; THENCE North 45° 01' 09" East a distance of 25.00 feet to a point which is marked with an aluminum capped iron rod; THENCE South 44° 58' 51" East along a line parallel to ê l 25.00 feet northeasterly from the extended centerline of t...; said runway a distance of 1300.00 feet to a point which is marked with an aluminum capped iron rod; THENCE North 450 01' 09" East a distance of 175.00 feet to a point which is marked with an aluminum capped iron rod;
