Termination — proration of LTD premiums, taxable life benefit <br />Y <br />3. New Hire — process of basic information, benefit entries <br />Y <br />4. FMLA based on rolling year. Currently not deducting hours; counting <br />FMLA holidays as appropriate. <br />Y <br />5. Sick Leave Pool administration — not allowed to accrue leave while on <br />S LP. <br />Y <br />6.
