The information contained herein is based on the Investment Summary in the Agreement. In the event of <br />discrepancy between this Statement of Work and the Investment Summary, the Investment Summary takes <br />precedence. <br />Statement of Work. This Statement of Work ( "SOW ") is attached to the Agreement as Exhibit <br />8. Both parties understand and agree that the SOW is subject to revision by mutual agreement in <br />accordance with requirements of this Agreement as the Project progresses.
