• Make the project a priority within the organization <br />• Provide management support for the project to ensure it is staffed appropriately and that staff have <br />necessary resources <br />• Monitor project progress including progress towards agreed upon goals and objectives <br />• Make all decisions related to impacts on the following <br />• Cost <br />• Scope <br />• Schedule <br />• Project Goals <br />• City Policies <br />Resource <br />Title <br />Expected Commitment <br />Project Manager: <br />The City's project manager will coordinate project team members, subject matter experts, and the overall <br />implementation schedule. The Project Manager will be responsible for reporting to the Executive Team <br />and providing the majority of the City's change management communications and coaching. <br />The project manager will be responsible for: <br />• Working with the Tyler Project Manager <br />• Reviewing and approve all project deliverables <br />• Management of project risks and issues <br />• Managing and updating the project plan <br />• Acting as liaison between project team and Executive Team <br />• Making regular updates /refinements to the SharePoint project site repository <br />• Scheduling City resources for implementation tasks and training days. This includes <br />but is not limited to personnel, equipment and training rooms (may be done with the <br />assistance of administrative staff) <br />• Maintaining team contact numbers, email lists, and regular communications <br />• Acting as point of contact for Tyler for staffing and delivery matters <br />• Escalating issues per the approved Issue Resolution Plan <br />Resource Title Expected Commitment <br />Project <br />Project Team: <br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TX PAGE 7 OF 62 <br />ERP PROJECT- FINAL SOW <br />
