Section C: Technology Architecture <br />C.1.1 Munis Server Environment <br />To be determined <br />C.1.2 Environments <br />As part of the project, Tyler and the City will establish the following environments. All hardware <br />specifications, requirements, and required staffing will support development of all listed environments. <br />• Testing <br />• Training <br />• Production /Live <br />• Verification <br />C.1.3 Printer Requirements for Tyler Forms <br />The Tyler Software Product "Tyler Forms Processing" must be used in conjunction with a Hewlett <br />Packard printer supported by Tyler for printing checks. See "Comments" section of Tyler's Investment <br />Summary for additional details. <br />To prevent delays in the implementation schedule, it is the responsibility of the City to have procured and <br />installed all applicable hardware within 60 days after the effective date of the agreement. Failure to have <br />necessary hardware within 60 days may result in delay in installing the Tyler software on the City's <br />hardware and may require changes to the implementation schedule. <br />C.1.5 Technical Roles and Responsibilities <br />This section defines technical activities, roles and responsibilities using the key defined below. <br />• Own (0): The party is solely responsible for the task <br />• Lead (L): The party responsible for the task and may manage other resources <br />• Participate (P): The party is involved in, but does not lead the task <br />• Share (S): Both parties are mutually responsible for completing the task.
